 EXCHANGES

So all Exchanges will be dealt with on an individual basis
Buyer must e-mail Lynn as soon as the garment is received and found to be incorrect

the garment must be returned within 7 days in the same condition it was sent

Buyer is to pay all "express" postal charges concerning the exchange unless Enchanted Emerald Forest Designs is at fault

 PAYMENT

I accept;   Lay-By ~  Pay Pal ~ Direct Bank ~ Money Orders ~ Cash ~ Credit Cards 

Credit Card Payments can be made via the Pay Pal Link - on the left you will see choose credit card payment - you don't have to have a Pay Pal Account to use this service

Note ; If paying via Credit Card in the Pay Pal Link Please don't try to log into pay pal where you see my email address and they ask for a password as then I get e mails saying someone tried to log into my account

 If you have a Pay Pal Account use your log in details, if you don't have a Pay Pal Account, don't log in just choose the credit card method/icons

PAYMENT as soon as possible would be appreciated  unless item is on lay-by

Once you have completed checkout there is no link to return shopping, you will have to come back into my shop so save me to your favorites!!

  LAY-BY TERMS

 Lay-By is available so you can buy what you wish

please let emerald-fairy Lynn know the items are on lay-by when you make your purchase

Lay-By is not available through Pay Pal Payments

 unless prior arrangements have been made as I would have to send you separate invoices for this service which I can do, so just let me know in advance or when you make your purchase

Lay-By Pay 20% of the total including freight ~ A Statement of Account will be e mailed at month end

as just a gentle reminder ~ no refunds will be given on Default of lay-by 

  CANCELLED ORDERS

Garments are created as soon as payment is cleared

 your precious garments are posted as soon as they are ready which only takes a few days 

If in the meantime you wish to cancel the order and be refunded

there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged for my time and inconvenience

 FREIGHT

Goods will be posted as soon as Payment is Cleared ~ I will e-mail and let you know the items are on the way

AUSTRALIA POST - Items are posted  Registered Post -  Flat Rate of $15.00 Post & Handling Charges for Australian Buyers  Combined Post on Multiple Purchases

OVERSEAS - All Parcels are posted Registered Air Mail & usually take 7 - 10 days  - Signature Required

Freight Costs vary according to weight I will e-mail you the freight charges or send a separate account for freight at cost

Overseas goods are posted Registered Air Mail the cost between $18.00AU and $35.00AU depending on the weight of the goods

Important Note; As from November 2010 All Parcels to the USA will incur an additional $9.00AU surcharge and delays of 48 hours due to security checks in the US postal service - this is a New USA Government & Australia Post Regulation

International Courier Express is available $65.00 up to 2kg - takes 3 - 5 days and a tracking number is supplied
